1.How long does it takes to ship out our product?

Within 1-2 working days after payment is made and take up to 3 days to reach your doorstep.

2.What's your return policy?

We accept return/exchange for incorrect item and defective item. 

Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale.

3.Can i cancel my order?
